Golfway is proud to be working with the R&A to provide grassroots golf development equipment to children globally, including our most recent collaboration with the Uganda Golf Union and Afriyea Golf Academy.
Golfway Play equipment is durable and lightweight, specifically designed to be age-appropriate and help young players develop their golf technique. Foam balls and soft-flight tennis-style balls make golf coaching safe and accessible, allowing delivery in all settings including schools, parks, community centres and other areas.
Isaiah Mwesige, Afriyea Founder said: “The contribution of this equipment is a tremendous boost to our youth programmes. Our juniors have made significant progress over the past few years, and it is our goal to see some of them participate in the Africa Amateur Championship, a new annual initiative by The R&A aimed at further growing the game in Africa.”
