Returns Policy

1. Our Returns Promise

At Golfway, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to be delighted with your purchase. However, if you’re unsatisfied, our Returns Policy explains how to return items for a refund in accordance with UK consumer law.


2. Return Eligibility

We are pleased to offer a refund within 30 days of receipt of your order for any items that meet the following conditions:

  • Condition of items: The item(s) must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as when received.
  • Proof of purchase: A receipt, order confirmation, or other proof of purchase is required.
  • Exceptions: Certain items, such as personalised products, customised equipment, or final sale items, may not be eligible for return. See Non-Returnable Items for more details.


3. Initiating a Return

To start the return process:

  • Registering your return: You will need to register your return via the Golfway DPD Returns Portal. Use the order number in your order confirmation email to register your return.
  • Status updates: For updates on your return, email our Customer Services team. Please include your order number, DPD returns confirmation, and the reason for your return for faster processing.

Please note: All returns must be processed via the Golfway DPD Returns Portal. A returns shipping fee of £3.99 will be deducted from your refund amount.


4. Refunds and Processing Times

  • Processing refunds: Once your returned item has been received and inspected, Customer Services will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund.
  • Refund times: Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please allow for additional processing time depending on your bank or card issuer. A returns shipping fee of £3.99 will be deducted from your refund amount.

Please note: In cases where the product shows signs of use, damage, or is not in original packaging, a partial refund may be issued.


5. Exchanges

  • We do not currently offer direct exchanges: If you have ordered an incorrect size or item(s), please return the item(s) via the Golfway DPD Returns Portal in unused condition and original packaging, you will then be issued a full refund (minus the £3.99 return shipping charge).
  • Place a new order: You will then need to place a new order for the correct item(s).


6. Non-Returnable Items

For health, hygiene, or safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return, including:

  • Personalised or customised products
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Used or unsealed items such as underwear, socks, or other clothing accessories

If unsure about eligibility, please contact Customer Services before starting your return.

7. Return Shipping Costs

  • Standard returns: For all standard returns, a £3.99 shipping fee will be deducted from your refund total.
  • Faulty or incorrect items: If your item is faulty or incorrect, contact Customer Services immediately. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund and cover the return shipping costs.

8. Additional Information

  • Damaged in transit: If your order arrives damaged, contact Customer Services within 48 hours of receipt. We may request photos of the damage to expedite a resolution. We will also liaise with DPD to resolve any transit issues.
  • Your statutory rights: This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including your right to cancel certain purchases within 14 days of receipt under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.
