How long will it take for my products to arrive?

DPD will deliver your items on the next available working day for UK mainland addresses and within two days for Northern Ireland addresses*.

*We aim to dispatch orders placed before 12:00 on Monday-Thursday on the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 or on Friday-Sunday are processed on the next available working day. Orders are not dispatched on UK bank holidays. Next-day delivery is an aim and not a guarantee.


Can I cancel an order once it’s been placed?

If you would like to cancel your order then please contact [email protected] as soon as possible to discuss your options. New orders can pass through our system for dispatch within 15 minutes and they cannot be cancelled once they have been processed by our warehouse.

How do I know if my order has been successfully placed?

When we receive your online order, an order acknowledgement screen will appear, this includes an order reference number. You will also receive an email to confirm we have received your order.

My payment has been declined, what should I do?

If your card was refused you can try resubmitting your order using a different card. For details on why your card was refused, please contact your card issuer.

I've ordered a product, now it is showing out of stock.

A product page will indicate the general availability of the item. If no stock is available, the out of stock message will appear.

Can I add to an existing order?

Website orders are fully automated so we cannot add to existing orders once they have been placed. If you would like to order additional items then you will need to generate a new order.

What is your returns procedure?

  • Returns must be organised via the Golfway DPD portal.
  • Items must be returned in unused condition and original packaging.
  • A return fee of £3.99 will be charged per return. Please note that customers will be responsible for return postage cost.

If you have any questions regarding your order or a potential return, please email [email protected], including your order reference number.

We do not offer exchanges. If you have ordered something in the wrong size, please return the item(s) in unused condition and original packaging and you will be issued a full refund. You will have to place a new order for the item in the correct size.

If you experience a fault with a product that you have purchased please email [email protected] to arrange a return and replacement.

I live outside the UK, am I able to place an order?

Generally, we do not ship outside of the UK. However, you can email a list of your desired items and your delivery address to [email protected], for a one-off quote.

Please note that international customers will be responsible for all shipping costs and additional charges such as import taxes.

How do I know what size clubs I need?

Read our helpful guide to measuring and sizing blog. Golfway products have been designed to provide the correct fit based on player height. For example, if your player height is 146cm, you would require a 140cm size club as this falls into the optimal player height range between 140cm to 149cm. Sizing guides are available on product pages to help you select the correct size club for your height.

How durable is the equipment?

We manufacture our products to the highest standards using top quality materials and procedures. The equipment is extremely durable; however balls and tees will wear after frequent use.

Can Golfway be used outdoors?

Yes, all Golfway products can be used indoors and outdoors. However we would recommend storing your golf equipment in a dry, sheltered place.

Can Golfway be used in a confined space?

Golfway Champion is best suited to outdoors. Golfway Play can be used in all spaces, the foam ball with limited flight has been designed to make it safe for use indoors, just be mindful of your swing!

Are Golfway clubs suitable for all genders?

Absolutely. Our clubs are designed with player height as the determining factor.
